Josh Tate became a member of INAM Initiative in 2019 after realizing that there was a need for more meaningful and impactful service. As Vice Chairman of the Board, Tate looks to use his platform to create positive change within underprivileged communities across the country.

“I believe that we, as individuals, should aim to have a positive impact on those whom which we encounter. Such encounters can have an everlasting impact and positively stimulate change. Positive influence is the true essence of creating change in any aspect of life.”

Tate spent some time at the United States Naval Academy before ultimately receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of North Alabama. Growing up, Tate experienced first hand one of the initiatives of INAM, as he was able to benefit from having a sponsor family. He attributes a great deal of his success to this family.

I understand the needs for program like this, coming from an underprivileged community myself. I am dedicated to making the difference.
