Ryan Williams-Jenkins founded INAM Initiative in 2019 after recognizing that emerging communities are not afforded the same resources to begin creating generational wealth.
“ I founded INAM Initiative because I believe athletes have been given a voice and a platform. With this, they can transform mindsets, provide direction, and make lasting change in the lives of young people from underserved communities. INAM Initiative is a space for athletes to give back and make a lasting impact.”
Ryan completed his undergraduate studies at the United States Naval Academy, and he has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Liberty University. He also has executive leadership certificates from Penn State School of Business. As a former Division I football player, he often spent his spare time mentoring and working with youth football players in Annapolis and Baltimore. It was then that he understood he had a voice and a platform. Now he looks to collaborate with athletes and connect them with the community to raise awareness and interest in the most fundamental principles of life: finances, life skills, and career development.
““I believe change start with the person that is willing to do what is difficult to make life easier for the next man.”
